Buyer Guidelines

mysoft.ai · Last updated March 2026

mysoft.ai is where you find vetted AI builders — people who ship real products and deliver real services. Not a prompt store. Not a subscription to a tool you'll use once.

Here's what you need to know to buy with confidence.

1. What You Can Buy Here

mysoft.ai has six listing categories:

  • AI Agents — custom chatbots, task automation, workflow agents
  • Workflow Automations — n8n flows, Make scenarios, Zapier templates
  • Vertical SaaS — niche AI tools built for specific industries (legal, HR, finance, and more)
  • AI Consulting — implementation, strategy, and custom builds
  • Prompts and Templates — structured prompts with demonstrated outputs
  • Custom GPTs and Skills — pre-built GPTs, Claude Projects, Gems

If you're not sure which category fits what you need, browse or use search. Most buyers start with a keyword — "legal contract review" or "lead generation agent" — and go from there.

2. How Payments and Escrow Work

Every transaction on mysoft.ai is protected by escrow.

Here's the flow:

  1. You pay at checkout — funds are held by the platform, not sent directly to the seller
  2. The seller delivers the product or service
  3. You confirm delivery
  4. Funds are released to the seller

This means the seller only gets paid when you've received what was promised. If something goes wrong, your money is protected while the dispute is resolved.

Payments are processed via Stripe. mysoft.ai does not store your card details.

3. What to Expect from Sellers

Every seller on mysoft.ai has completed identity verification — LinkedIn or GitHub profile, portfolio review, and agreement to our seller guidelines.

Sellers are required to:

  • Respond to inquiries within 48 hours
  • Deliver exactly what their listing describes
  • Communicate proactively if there's a delay

For digital products (agents, workflows, templates): delivery is typically immediate or within 24 hours of purchase.

For services (consulting, custom builds): the seller will confirm scope and timeline before or shortly after purchase. If the listing specifies a delivery window, that's the commitment.

If a seller goes quiet after you've paid, raise a dispute. That's what escrow is for.

4. Disputes and Refunds

We want every transaction to go smoothly. When it doesn't, here's what to do.

How to raise a dispute:

  1. Go to your order page and click "Raise a Dispute"
  2. Describe the issue clearly — what was promised, what was delivered, and what's missing
  3. mysoft.ai reviews the listing, delivery, and on-platform communication
  4. We mediate and resolve within 5 business days
  5. Funds are refunded to you or released to the seller based on the outcome

You are eligible for a refund when:

  • The delivered product or service materially differs from the listing description
  • The seller fails to deliver within the agreed timeline without communication
  • The listing contained false or misleading claims

Refunds are not issued when:

  • You change your mind after delivery
  • The product worked as described but didn't produce the outcome you hoped for
  • You initiated a chargeback without first raising a dispute on-platform

A note on scope for service listings: If a seller's listing says "I will build a lead qualification agent" and you expected a full CRM integration, that's a scope issue — not grounds for a refund. Read listings carefully before purchasing. If you're unsure what's included, message the seller before you buy.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without going through the dispute process may result in your account being suspended. The dispute process exists to protect you — use it.

5. Keeping Interactions On-Platform

Until a purchase is confirmed, keep all communication with sellers on mysoft.ai. This protects you in two ways:

  • Your messages are on record if a dispute arises
  • Escrow protection only applies to on-platform transactions

If a seller asks you to pay outside the platform, decline and report it to us. Off-platform transactions are not covered by escrow and are a violation of our seller guidelines.

6. Reviews

After a transaction is complete, you'll be prompted to leave a review. Reviews on mysoft.ai are verified-purchase only — no one can review a seller they haven't bought from.

Honest reviews help other buyers make better decisions and help good sellers stand out. We take review manipulation seriously — fake reviews from either side result in immediate account action.

7. Reporting a Problem

If you encounter a listing that looks fraudulent, a seller behaving badly, or anything that feels off:

  • Use the "Report" button on any listing or seller profile
  • Or email us directly at hello@mysoft.ai

We review every report. If something violates our guidelines, we act.
